Der tales meget om ligestilling. Men hvor bliver den af inden for kunsten og Statens Kunstfond? Det går den forkerte vej med ligestillingen inden for bl.a. musik- og scenekunsten. Forskellige tal taler deres tydelige sprog fra KODA, Danmarks Statistik mv., og det skriver jeg om i Kulturmonitor.
Danmarks første kulturminister Julius Bomholt, forfader til Statens Kunstfond, gik ind for mangfoldighed i kunsten. Den må naturligvis i dag også ske på baggrund af køn. Statens Kunstfond kan skabe større diversitet ved at invitere kvinder med til at søge om de store priser. Lad os bryde vanetænkningen. Tillade os i højere grad at blive vækket af kvinders kunst og musik. Statens Kunstfond kan aktivt bidrage til diversitet – fra alder til køn – på højeste kunstneriske niveau, til gavn for alle.

Som musiker er jeg dybt taknemmelig over, at to ildsjæle i bus 5C fik ideen. Stine Sørensen og Dan Kreuzfeldt har igangsat og indsamlet puljen med hjælp fra Bispebjerg Lokaludvalg og Biblioteket i Nordvest, der gør det muligt at skaffe 24 kunstnere tilsammen 24 online kalenderkoncerter.

En julekalender for alle, der ønsker at blive forkælet fra den 1. – 24. december. Dan Kreutzfeldt er blandt andet manden bag Nordvest Festival, og Stine Sørensen er leder af biblioteket på Rentemestervej, altså har vi med to kultur-ildsjæle at gøre her.

Black Rider, Bob Dylans on the legends latest album 2020. Dylan sings about “the road that you’re on, same road that you know. Just not the same as it was a minute ago”
Lana Del Rey sings in 2012 about the big life road, her father’s life and herself hung in:

Mette Kirkegaard – a songwriter myself – sings about a train trip from New York to Arizona on my song Train 2011 from the Ep Dry Wood.

Daryl Braithwaite on the album Edge from 1988 encourages us to get on that Sugartrain.
